Vita Companion Services Ltd is dedicated to improving the emotional, social and mental wellbeing of elderly and physically challenged adults. We believe every person deserves companionship, dignity and meaningful human connection.
We focus purely on emotional and social support. We are not a care agency and do not provide personal, clinical or medical care — instead we complement the care people already receive with conversation, companionship and connection.
Every companion is carefully interviewed, reference-checked and enhanced DBS-checked, with full safeguarding training before they ever meet you.

Companionship & Social Support Services.
Every plan is flexible and personal. Choose what suits you — from a weekly catch-up to daily company.
Companionship Visits
Friendly conversations, shared activities, reading, games, hobbies and genuine emotional support.
Social Engagement Support
Helping clients stay connected with their community through escorted outings, events and social activities.
Light Domestic Support
Light housekeeping, meal preparation (no feeding), shopping assistance and help keeping the home organised.
Appointment Escorting
Accompanying clients to GP appointments, hospital visits, social events and community activities.
Wellbeing Check-Ins
Non-clinical monitoring, mood support and regular updates to keep families reassured and informed.
Technology Support
Helping clients use video calls, messaging apps, tablets, phones and other online communication tools.
What We Do Not Provide
To remain non-regulated, affordable and accessible, our companions never deliver:
- No personal care
- No medication administration
- No clinical tasks
- No toileting or bathing
- No lifting or manual handling beyond safe limits
